About Rachel

Since December 2011, Rachel has been the Banking IT Leader for GE Capital Direct.


Rachel started working for GE as an intern with Consumer Finance whilst still in the third year of her IT degree. After completing GE’s Information Management Leadership Program, she then assumed a diverse array of roles within GE Capital: IT Six Sigma Black Belt, IT Controllership Manager, IT Quality Assurance Leader and IT Business Intelligence Leader. Rachel next spent two years as IT QA and Risk Leader for GE Money Home Lending before assuming her current position.


Rachel received a BSc in Computing with System Analysis from Leeds Metropolitan University.
