About David

As Senior Credit Officer for GE Capital UK, David holds responsibility for the Leasing and Fleet credit teams.


David joined GE Capital through a business acquisition in 2003, and has spent the last nine years holding credit roles of increasing scope and responsibility. Initially a Business Analyst, David subsequently moved into Client Management. Taking on leadership roles of increasing scope and diversity, David managed teams across multiple locations, and eventually assumed full responsibility for GE Capital UK’s In Life Client Management risk teams. Immediately prior to assuming his current position, David had been on secondment working for the GE Capital EMEA Chief Risk Officer.


A domain expert in credit lending, David has completed numerous training and development courses, including the Capital Leadership Development Experience Course in 2012. David is ACA qualified with KPMG and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy & Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick.
