About David
Since July 2011, David has held the position of Fleet Customer Experience Manager for GE Capital UK. In this role, he develops and implements new customer experience frameworks, in addition to coaching Fleet customer experience teams and their leaders. David’s diverse role covers Customer Services, Vehicle Order and Delivery, Payment Processing and Vehicle Compliance.
David boasts 17 years experience in Operations. Starting with GE Capital in 1995 on a Modern Apprentice scheme, over the years he has worked across a wide variety of Operational functions in positions of increasing leadership responsibility. Prior to assuming his current position, David led first the Customer Service Team, and then the Billing Team.
