From the initial order prompt through to arranging delivery, we will support your drivers every step of the way when it comes to ordering their new vehicle.

Quote and Order

With direct access to iManage, our online portal, the entire quote and order process can be completed and tracked by your drivers simply and quickly. Drivers can choose and create different vehicleconfigurations and compare different models that are linked to your company policy before submitting their order online. This significantly reduces your time and the resources required to process, administer and manage the order process.

Delivery

Once the new vehicle is available we will facilitate the delivery process directly with your driver. Following a final approval-check the driver is contacted directly to arrange delivery at the most convenient date and place. By dealing directly with your driver, a quicker, more accurate and timely delivery date can be arranged.
