Reporting

With more than 40 pre-set standard fleet reports available and the ability to build and schedule bespoke reports tailored to your exact requirements, our iManage reporting option provides consolidated access to all aspects of your fleet information:

  • Vehicle Inventory and Management - view vehicles on order, live vehicles, new installations or terminations in a specific time period
  • Operational - understand the in-life activity of your fleet including maintenance history and spend, tyre usage, MOTs due and fines history
  • Legislation and Taxation - provides key vehicle information to ensure accurate reporting such as P11D, P46 and MID
  • Billing/Budgetary - visibility of your recent billing activity over a specified time period

Using clear dashboards and easy to view trend information, the dedicated Analyse section of iManage allows you to analyse up to 3 years' worth of comprehensive fleet data including vehicle inventory, events and cost information.
