Vehicle Administration Services

Our specialist Vehicle Compliance team will liaise directly with your drivers to ensure that their vehicles remain safe and legal at all times.

Road Fund Licence

We will manage the Road Fund Licence renewal process on your behalf saving you administration time. From 1st October 2014, there is no longer a requirement for a tax disc to be displayed in the vehicle and therefore these will no longer be issued to you or your drivers.

MOTs

We proactively remind drivers that their vehicle MOT is due 60 days prior to its expiry, then again at 30 days. If an MOT hasn't been booked or completed a week before its expiry we will contact your driver by phone to offer assistance.

Fines

On receipt of a fines notification we can refer your drivers' details directly to the issuing authority reducing your time spent processing fines.

Foreign Travel

Should your drivers wish to travel abroad in their company vehicle we'll provide them with all the necessary documentation, including the VE103 certificate (valid for one year), European Breakdown Pack and Insurance Certificate where applicable.
