End of Life Inspection and Collection

On delivery of a new vehicle we can also coordinate the collection of the returning vehicle at the same time. As part of the pre-delivery check, we will confirm with the driver the return vehicle details and we will also email the driver a checklist of the most common areas to consider prior to exchanging vehicles, along with a link to BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guidelines to help them understand the standards expected when returning a vehicle.

For end of life collections without a new vehicle exchange your drivers can conveniently make a request by phone, email or via our iManage portal. Each request is processed by our experienced team who has a detailed understanding of the entire logistics process.
