As a driver of a GE Capital, Fleet Services vehicle you can access a number of useful services through our website. Designed to help with all aspects of driving, these online services offer easy-to-access support on everything from MOT and service booking to improving driving efficiency. You can also access these services by dialling our driver helpline.

  1. Driver Helpline and Driver Card
    Dedicated driver helpline number for fast and simple driver support. Call on 0870 444 1000

    The driver helpline number delivers key support options for your drivers and is accessed by calling 0870 444 1000 and entering your own individual Customer Identification Number (CIN). Your CIN will then provide access to a menu of services appropriate to you and your fleet, including: vehicle servicing and maintenance, hire car enquiries, accident helpline, general customer service enquiries, tax disc and MOT enquiries, price to buy, vehicle collections and authority to take your vehicle abroad

    For a demonstration of the full Driver Helpline menu system, call the Driver Helpline, entering '00001' when prompted for the Customer Identification Number.

  2. iDrive, the driver advice centre
    Everything you need to know about the running of your company vehicle.

    More than an online tool for essential fleet policy information, iDrive offers a host of value-adding driver services, from a dynamic car and fuel tax calculator, direct access to iQuote, real-time vehicle order and delivery tracking, MOT and tax disc information, to replacement Driver Cards, authority to travel abroad, direct access to our Premier Network of dealers for on-line Service, MOT and Repair booking and current vehicle contract expiry dates.
