Maintenance Management

  1. Full maintenance package
    A full fleet maintenance contract prevents any unexpected service, maintenance and repair costs and can ensure uninterrupted mobility.

    Industry leading technology, process emphasis and technically qualified engineers who can offer specialist support to your drivers together means you get the best control and lowest costs through budgeted maintenance and successful cost avoidance. With the added benefits of our pro-active maintenance programme, this pre-costed maintenance package also includes replacement tyres, batteries and exhaust during the life of the contract.

  2. Vehicle maintenance management (VMM)
    A ‘Pay As You Go’ maintenance package, VMM is a comprehensive fleet programme that controls and minimises your maintenance costs through the proactive management of your vehicle’s expense and maintenance histories.

    Experts authorise all work requests and continuously manage the service and maintenance process in line with your fleet policy, re-billing all items to you at cost.

  3. Mobility management
    Our dedicated Mobility team work closely with our maintenance specialists to focus on proactively managing vehicle downtime, associated hire car costs and the manufacturer recall process, reducing costs and increasing driver satisfaction.

    Robust maintenance work-flow controls and timely communication ensures vehicle downtime is effectively managed, with extensive reporting to give process visibility.

  4. Premier Network
    Dedicated to tangibly maintaining the highest service levels of vehicle service, maintenance and repair, the Premier Network provides your drivers with a complete retail experience.

    The Premier Network offers a wide range of services, such as advising your drivers of their nearest Premier dealer, on-line service booking, a web-based network locator, a collection and delivery service - and a one-stop shop for tyre repairs. The network is constantly monitored and measured through a comprehensive driver feedback programme and our unique Dealer Advisory Board to ensure we continue to deliver best in class service to your drivers.

    With the largest UK network of over 670 fast fit centres and a seamless booking and approval process, tyre repair and replacement with GE Capital guarantees a convenient and hassle-free service for your drivers.

    GE Capital’s comprehensive and flexible tyre repair and replacement service provides an extensive choice of location and long opening hours as well as a free of charge mobile fitting service. MOTs and brake replacement are additional services available for the convenience of your drivers.

  2. Accident management
    Providing round the clock support to your drivers, GE Capital’s Accident Management service can also save you money, get your drivers back on the road quicker and improve your duty of care compliance.

    A comprehensive service tailored to meet your specific needs, our Accident Management service gives you the reassurance when you need it most. GE Capital’s Accident Management programme provides a 24 hour dedicated helpline support, a complete claims management process including uninsured loss recovery, a repair management process managed by expert engineers to control cost and reduce repair time including a mobile repair solution and a real-time management reporting suite.

  3. Glass repair and replacement
    With 24 hour, 365 days a year service and assistance, you and your drivers can be sure of a consistent and expert glass repair and replacement service.

  4. Fleet administration and support
    Administration, reporting and control handled by our experts to ensure that your fleet remains safe and legal at all times.

    Offering automatic re-taxing through the DVLA, our objective is to ensure that all appropriate legal documentation is in place. This includes registration documents (V5), MOT certificates and reminders, Fines administration, foreign travel and cherished plates transfers.

  5. Breakdown recovery services
    Ensure your drivers stay mobile with our flexible breakdown recovery package, in partnership with The AA.

    Whether your driver is at home or on the road we provide comprehensive solutions to the problems caused by unexpected vehicle breakdown offering roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, assistance at home and at the workplace, onward travel support and European motoring assistance.

  6. Daily rental services
    GE Capital’s Daily Rental Services covers all your drivers short-term vehicle needs through our partnership with the UK’s market leader in daily car rental, National Car Rental.

    With the objective of ensuring that your drivers and employees are never without a vehicle, we provide pre-delivery vehicles, contract relief vehicles and traditional daily car rental through our 24 hour/365 day service. Whether you need a vehicle for just a day, or even a whole month, our comprehensive range of vehicles and complete rental management process covers everything from initial reservation to final invoice.

    Supported by an on-site National Car Rental team, our consistently monitored service levels and our cost effective corporate leverage means that your drivers are never without a vehicle via our hassle-free booking service.

  7. Fuel management
    An efficient and secure fuel payment system that gives control over your fuel costs and driver fuelling behaviour, allowing you to get on with your business, your way.

    With fuel charges accounting for on average 25% of your fleets’ running costs, GE Capital’s fuel management service offers reassurance that you are in control of your fuel spend.
