About Adrien

Adrien has held the position of HR leader for GE Capital UK since January 2013.


In addition to his current role, Adrien Desboudard is also the HR leader for GE Corporate Finance Bank (GE CFB), a GE Capital EMEA P&L; offering financing to private equity firms in Europe for leveraged transactions. Prior to joining GE CFB in 2010, Adrien worked for 5 years in GE Capital Real Estate where his last role was HR leader, Western Europe and Communications leader, International. Before joining GE Real Estate, Adrien worked for GE Healthcare in Buc, France, as HR Manager Global Components & e-business Europe. He started in GE in 2003.


Prior to joining GE, Adrien held different HR roles for various businesses of the Fiat Group in Italy, the US, and Germany


Adrien holds a MBA from the University of North Dakota and a marketing degree from France Business School.
